Billing Manager – VGE


Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) is a Vodafone Group entity offering Vodafone products and services to multinational customers. As the business world becomes more global and complex increasingly companies are looking for providers to help them simplify and manage this complexity. Vodafone Global Enterprise responded to this by building a Global Billing function

Global Billing Services is an enabler of the Vodafone Global Enterprise Strategy ensuring by providing billing solutions that integrate with new and innovative products and commercial models.

 

What you will do:

  • Meet and deliver service levels as agreed between Vodafone Global Enterprise, Customers and Shared Service Centre Hungary
  • Contribute to achieving the objectives set-out with VGE by successfully leading and supervising the following teams (which are expected to grow as the scope of services for VGE will expand)
  • Support the growth of VGE customers by expanding the current Global Billing Services team, considering incremental growth, scalability and resource lead time
  • Continuous proactive, effective internal (VGE, SSC) and external (end-customers e.g. multinational companies) stakeholder management
  • Coach, lead, develop and support the team leaders and team members of the SSC VGE billing team supported by the Global Billing Services management team
  • Seeking and acting upon feedback from internal(VGE) and external customers to promote VGE customer satisfaction /NPS scoring
  • Provide regular management and performance reporting including customer feedback, team performance, productivity metrics and other key performance metrics
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the VGE Billing teams
  • Escalation management to ensure clear objectives delivered within SLA ‘s and escalation review to reduce future issues

This position is for you if you have:

  • Fluent English language skills is a must
  • 3-5 + years’ experience of People Management
  • 3-5+ Experience in a multinational or Shared service environment
  • Telecommunication experience, ITIL, Service Management is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills, Ability to manage in dynamic high growth, high uncertainty environment
  • Strong customer / business partner understanding, Excellent relationship builder, with necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers
  • Ability to balance priorities from different stakeholders
  • Proactivity, enthusiasm
