As a Service Set-Up Specialist based in either Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch, you will be a customer-focused individual, working collaboratively with Vodafone’s Business, Wholesale, Global, and Public Sector customers and account managers. You will be establishing services through engagement with service partners and set-up teams owning and activating complex customer requests, ensuring effective and timely communication during the process.
 
You will provide technical expertise in the design of all Vodafone products & services including Voice, Data and managed/hosted solutions for all business customers by being multi skilled and able to flex those skills across all set up tasks.
 
You will actively contribute to the ongoing development of the Service Set Up capability inclusive of identifying, developing, maintaining and continuously improving the customer service delivery experience.

 

 

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Owning the customer relationship and communications from order placement through to solution go live
  • Coordinating and maintaining information within Vodafone core provisioning, billing and asset systems and owning customer orders and changes through to completion
  • Ensuring all orders are submitted via the agreed processes and systems including customer authority and acceptance within the agreed Service Level Target
  • Demonstrating thought leadership and identify changes which can continuously improve the set up process and timeframes to deliver service to Vodafone customers

  • Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite
