Take the lead in designing service solutions for business customers to ensure their service outcomes are met.  We welcome your design thinking to deeply understand business customers’ service requirements, and your ability to develop effective service frameworks that can be measured and reported on, to best support a wide variety of needs to businesses. 

 

As Business Solutions, Service Designer you’ll be accountable for identifying service outcomes, gathering support deliverables and delivery requirements to develop appropriate, sustainable and manageable service solutions.  You’ll also be responsible for consulting with both the internal and external delivery organisation to ensure the operational criteria can be achieved effectively, and in a timely manner for our customers. 

 

What will I be doing?

 

  • Deliver service solutions for business customer bids and sales opportunities.  You’ll be tailoring the service solutions based on an understanding of the customer, their requirements and Vodafone’s capabilities and strategic direction 
  • Translate service solutions into appropriate service artefacts for internal teams and prepare a Service Solution for each engagement
  • Oversee the transition of the service solution into the support team(s), working with the Vodafone and external support teams to develop and implement the required processes, systems, tools and work practices and provide support staff training

 

What will I bring?

 

  • Provide consultation and championing design thinking expertise to fully understand customers' business needs, service outcomes, by ensuring customer focus, reliability and accountability
  • Demonstrate 'Service' thought leadership within Vodafone and applying this lens to customer opportunities with excellent written and oral communication skills   
  • Collaborative, flexible and adaptable working style, operating with an Agile growth mind set with confidence to articulate service solutions with customers at all levels, including Executive and C-Suite level             
  • Continuously improving quality outcomes and identifying different ways to deliver effective customer presentations, with proven ability to influence people and organisations to deliver  
  • Proven experience and certification in design thinking and agile methodologies is preferred
