The role:

The Corporate Italy Team leader will be responsible for leading a team of 10-12 Inside Sales Executives., ensuring the team is working to achieve the Vodafone Business Digital Sales KPI’s and focus on coaching and development of team members. 
The candidate will be responsible for delivering against sales targets ensuring systematic pipeline build and that our customers have positive experiences in their interactions with Vodafone. They will work closely with the Regional Lead for your area and the sales operations team to ensure regular reporting and stakeholder engagement. The Corporate Italy Team Leader will be proficient and comfortable develop people internally to the next level of their career, having conversations regularly with the team and setting objectives with each person. They will have a good knowledge and understanding of the business segment with the ability to device and deliver on specific plans and initiatives throughout the year.
The Corporate Italy Team Leader will manage all the stakeholder's relationship, the Business Review in Italy, the Call/Business meeting with the bigggest customers as a part of the management of the team. They will focus on the Management of Customer base  and target for each agent.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
•    Support the Regional Manager to drive performance and build a supportive & collaborative sales culture
•    Ownership of results delivery and targets accomplishment
•    Get in contact with stakeholders to improve networking and engagement with our stakeholders
•    Work constantly and proactively with the OPCO 
•    Assist in successful on-boarding of new sales colleagues
•    Oversee work for quality & guideline compliance
•    Communicate deadlines & sales goals to team members 
•    Coaching sales staff to ensure development and optimum performance
•    Assist team meetings to update members on best practices & continuing expectations
•    Lead team in times of Management absentism
•    Present to stakeholder & senior Management in Digital Sales when required
•    Promote a positive environment & atmosphere with the right attitude on a daily basis

Technical / professional qualifications: 
•    Italian : Bilingual,  Spanish & English : B2 
•    Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator
