Inbound Sales Adviser

Location:  Stoke Contact Centre - Call Centre Role   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Salary:  £19,890 basic salary plus UNLIMITED COMMISSION - top hitters earning £20,000 in commission alone! (subject to meeting various monthly sales targets)
Hours:  37.5hrs Monday to Sunday between 8am-8pm

What will you be doing? 
This is an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most valuable brands and could be a great chance for you to progress your career! In this role, you will be a main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible every step of the way. Whether they are enquiring about broadband deals, a new SIM or even looking to leave us, you will be at hand to ask them all the right questions and offer them the best-suited advice and care. Are you target driven and money hungry? You will have KPI’s to strive towards and upon meeting or exceeding these targets, you could reap the rewards of our amazing unlimited commission structure. 


Who are we looking for?
You will be playing a crucial role within the Retention team so we need someone who will always put the customer at the forefront of their mind and can keep up with the fast paced and energetic environment. It will be a challenging role (as well as being extremely rewarding!) so resilience is key – being able to bounce back from minor setbacks and keeping motivated for your next customer will be important. Sales experience would be desired but isn’t essential as we really invest in our internal development so certain sales skills can be taught in role.
