Sales Adviser - Stoke On Trent

Location:   Stoke Contact Centre
Salary:  £19,000 basic salary plus UNLIMITED COMMISSION - top hitters earning £20,000 in commission alone! (subject to meeting various monthly sales targets)

Hours:  Monday – Sunday, shifts between 8am – 8pm 37.5hrs per week

What will you be doing?

Retention - The fundamentals of this role, is to take calls on an inbound basis from our existing customers and to retain their business with Vodafone. Sometimes, people may be expressing their wish to leave, so it’s down to you to quickly reaffirm all of the reasons why they chose Vodafone to begin with and why they need to remain with us.


Telesales - Connecting new customers with a Vodafone service and package. With their busy lives, Customers’ requirements are ever changing, so you need to ask questions to establish what their needs are in their current lifestyle and establish the best possible package.


Who are we looking for?
It takes a lot of rapport building and sometimes objection handling to ensure the right outcome for the customer and the business, meaning to be successful in this role you need to be:
• Consistently positive, resilient and engaging
• Empathetic and able to build rapport quickly
• Determined to continuously deliver and succeed
• Level headed, mature mind set - combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive
• Previous Sales experience is desirable – We would welcome applications from a Sales, Retail or a background of working towards deadlines or targets.
