Location: (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)  then either Newbury or Stoke (Hybrid working pattern)

What will you be doing?  

 

Deliver end to end resourcing activities for Frontline/volume hiring in Customer Service and Operations in Vodafone UK, acting as “Resourcing Specialist” to key CS&O stakeholders/areas.  Support with the continual development of the talent attraction mission and act as a positive ambassador of the Vodafone employer brand.


•    Source, attract and assess candidates for all roles across CS&O.
•    Build/maintain relationships across the Resourcing Team, key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Centres of Expertise and any external partners.
•    Supporting the Resourcing Business Partners in delivering resourcing activities for CS&O high volume roles for large scale intakes 
•    Deliver end to end resourcing activities for smaller intakes, including attraction/candidate sourcing.
•    Ensure that the quality of hires is continuously improved, raising the capability and potential of those recruited to meet the business objectives and Vodafone UK talent agenda.


 Who are we looking for?   

 

•    Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery
•    Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike.
•    Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate with candidate over the phone in a positive and engaging way.
•    Proactive, positive approach to using systems and technology. 
•    Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach ideally in a matrix environment
•    Hands-on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately.
•    Ability to think creatively, but practically – creative problem solving skills
•    Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results
