Be putting employee experience at the heart of the L&D plan to ignite employees’ passion for learning and ensure they have the necessary skills for their roles today, and in the future.  Partner with Regional Head of HR and align the learning priorities to support business growth. Drive Learning & Development + Sales Enablement, to include training needs analysis, skills assessment, instructional design of learning journeys, programme management, delivery (direct or through third party) and evaluation against L&D and Sales business KPIs.  
The role will interface with a matrix of stakeholders across the business and HR and partner with external organisations to deliver best practice, forward thinking L&D and Sales enablement solutions.  

Key Accountabilities:

•    Develop L&D and Sales Enablement Strategy and Plan(s) based on robust training needs analysis. Create and communicate an integrated roadmap for all people capability building activities in the Region.
•    Design and deliver Leadership, team effectiveness & behavioural training
•    Deliver Sales Enablement aligned to a Sales competency framework and focus on building future skills
•    Design and drive Product knowledge enhancement through Product Learning Journeys, around Fixed, UC & Mobility Products as per Regional Business priorities and KPIs 
•    Drive GE learning priorities and customise local learning and development, enablement programmes. Evaluate and regularly report progress in coverage
•    Support Learning initiatives of transformation, new processes, system launches and organization & operating model changes

Job Responsibility


•    University Degree with Proven track record of designing & delivering learning programmes to meet business needs
•    Robust Sales enablement skills with understanding of Telecom Products & Services
•    Understanding of Sales methodology and Large A/c management Process
•    Must be able to work independently to design new material, engage stakeholders and implement learning programs 
•    Managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.  Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
•    Strong commercial awareness and training cost management
