We are looking for a
Senior Service Designer 
for our Consumer Business Unit

Your place in the team
As a member of the CX & Service design team Senior Service Designer is responsible for Agile transformation, service design projects and customer journeys.
Define a clear strategy how service design will support VFHU solving complex business problems to bring business benefit and increase CX.
Coach his/her team how to run service design projects and design sprints. 
Establish a clear roadmap and deliverables that will differentiate Vodafone from the competition by driving a premium customer experience that aligns with the Vodafone brand values. The role holder is seen by all stakeholders as the “heart and soul” of CX through all her/his actions and communications.


You will be involved in the following tasks

•    Coach and train the organization on Service Design and Agile way of working.
•    Supervise Service Designer(s) in their daily work, support and coach them to better performance
•    Guide the agile team through the whole design sprint, moderates and literally facilitates all stages of the sprint, including meetings/ agile ceremonies
•    Support Product owner in aligning priorities and planning sprint iterations
•    Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and team learning
•    Help Agile squads to create high value products and services
•    Make change happen that will increase the effectivity of the team
•    Remove obstacles impeding on the squad teams process
•    Coach the squad team in self – organization and cross functionality

We are looking for you if you have

•    University or College degree 
•    Experienced in service design, Scrum and Agile
•    Strong experience in cross-functional program delivery
•    Good time management skills
•    Ability to decide under time pressure
•    Fluent English
•    Proactive, highly collaborative, has a „can do” attitude
