Description

Primary Skills: Strong analysing capabilities for an end-to-end process & business needs understanding; Making sure that things happens with i.e. experience as Product Manager or Delivery Manager in an agile Business Intelligence / Data & Analytics environment. Prefer to have Project Management (PMP) or SAFe Agile Certification 

Alternate Skills: Experience with and understanding of a wider EDW landscape, preferable to have working knowledge on reporting tool like Tableau. Solving problems, initiative, optimise; Good at prioritising time-critical work; Collaborative approach to working; Strong communication and organisational capabilities; Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team;; Intercultural experience with European culture  

Essential
•Development experience (frontend or backend) in context of BI to understand technical processes of our BI / D&A services
•Hands on experience working with large datasets
•Experience in delivering digital projects and products
•Proven experience using agile project management methods
•Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
•Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams 
•Relevant work experience (4-8) years
