Role Purpose

The Demand Manager role supports the SDM function and other TSS functions to meet the business objectives of growth and savings in a high pressure and fast pace growth environment. They manage demand forecasting, planning and tracking for TSS. Ensures that the Demand governance processes runs effectively, efficiently in accordance with the KPIs and 100% compliance. Prepares management dashboards / analytics, trends and deep incites to support decision making.  Ensures accuracy and integrity of data and information reported to senior management. 

Job Description
  • Have a good understanding of Information technology with business acumen, in a business operations function of large IT Services.
  • Must have 10+ years IT industry experience, at least 2 years of which must be in demand/order management function in a IT Service environment
  • Review/Approve Benefit cases of value over 1 M euro
  • Conduct the weekly/fortnightly/monthly demand review meeting with top management
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on demand/pipeline
  • Take pro-active steps to improve the Demand fulfilment time working with SDMs and approvers and escalate at right levels when needed.
  • Support annual budget and planning cycles from demand forecast perspective
  • Interface with Transitions, OPC, and HR team to support demand handover to transition process
  • Support Demand management processes and practice within TSS
  • Conduct QA check on high value Benefit cases
  • Track all demands in TSS portfolio, ensure faster TAT for Demand fulfilment.
  • Management reporting for demand management, including dashboards for senior management
  • Conduct demand governance reviews with SDMs, Finance and TSS Management
  • Ensure accuracy of reports, administer systems that store BC data  
  • Support new projects and improvement initiatives, including PMO support, process reviews, audit and compliance tasks
  • Manage Demand Analysts
