We are looking for a
Senior Cash Flow Specialist (Maternity Cover)
for our Finance Team

Your place in the team
As a key member of Finance team contributes to the overall operational direction and decision making processes for the function as a whole. As Senior Cash flow Specialist is responsible for overall control on processes which govern the cash flow forecast and management, keeping contact with _VOIS and managers of different departments within Vodafone Hungary, to provide services and information.

You will be involved in the following tasks

Compliance, process risk management
•    Maintenance of relevant internal policies and rules to be compliant with statutory and legal requirements
•    Maintain compliance with Vodafone Group policies
•    Liaise with internal/external auditors, _VOIS and Group in relation with cash-flow forecasting, management and working capital management
•    Identify improvement opportunity within team and execute them

Cash flow management:
•    Driving the company’s cash flow budgeting processes: long term (LRP), yearly (9+15 Detailed budget).
•    Short term cash flow forecasting 30/90 days based on direct method
•    Regular and adhoc reporting of indirect and direct cash flow and related deep business analysis.
•    Weekly/monthly report to the Head of FinOps and the CFO.
•    Working capital management and improvement to drive efficiency of cash flow (inventory turnover rate, days of sales outstanding, average payment term etc),
•    Leading of the working capital projects, including instalment receivables related tasks.
•    Improvement, standardization and coordination of the cash flow forecasting and processes.
•    Working together with other operational companies

Treasury function:
•    Continuous FX management and analysis to reduce Vodafone’s FX exposure (5Mn Euros+)
•    Bank account, mandate and bank guarantees management
•    Maintain compliance with Vodafone internal treasury policies for banking system out of EVO scope
•    Manage the intercompany loan related transactions

Customer focus
•    Identify key customers of department and keep contact with them to be in compliant with their business needs
•    Set up relevant cash flow forecasting and management methodology for customer in line with their expectation and available resources
•    Set up and communicate SLA’s (service level agreements) with key customers and maintain agreed quality services
•    Monitor and challenge level of service provided by department

We are looking for you if you have
•    University / College degree
•    Minimum 5 years relevant experience
•    Working English (in writing and verbally)
•    Precise, accurate and structured mind set
•    Project management skills
•    Strong communication skills
•    Good interpersonal skills and team work
•    SAP experience preferred
