We are looking for a Field Operation Specialist - Samsun

Role Purpose 

•    Responsible for performing and coordinating field operations in the region in-line with VF policies, quality and H&S standarts.
•    Monitoring of whole region site process
•    Managing and coordinating the database relationship between the stakeholders and central units

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Managing field operations in assigned city or zone
•    Responsible for monthly rollout targets in related city, complete all rollout tasks including acceptance and invoicing steps within defined timeline
•    Responsible for site quality, doing sample checks at the field for quality of site works and accuracy of site acceptances
•    Responsible for network field operation KPIs in related city or zone
•    Plan, manage and  monitoring of preventive maintenance activities
•    Close monitoring of daily network alarms and ensuring that BCO clean the alarms within SLAs
•    External stakeholder management such as AFAD, TEDAS in responsible zone
•    EHS field inspections for BCO teams, implement and monitoring of EHS culture within field teams
•    Being part of energy saving AGILE teams organized by central rollout department, complete assigned tasks & reporting regularly

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Graduate from engineering faculty of universities
•    Having beginner level of English
•    Good communication and presentation skills
•    Strong negotiation skills and good in conflict management
•    Having e2e knowledge & experience in rollout and field operation business
•    Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to handle multi tasks
•    Experience in supplier management
•    good knowledge of microsoft office programs
