Role Title: Sales Manager Financials and Insurance

Location: Home Office

With us you will:
  • Deliver against annual revenue and TCV targets while keeping operational expenses of team to budgeted levels 

  • Personally involves to win and retain large and/or complex accounts as well as to develop and maintain strategic relationships 

  • Engages in creating new revenue streams from new products, via partnerships and by selling through accounts (b2b2c/b2b2b) 

  • Guarantees team compliance with sales methods and tools (particularly SFDC) to ensure alignment with other functions 

  • Continuously coaches all team members and ensures that appropriate additional training is provided, completed and applied in daily business operations   

Apply if you have
  • 5 yrs+ experience in sales management and proven track record with strategic accounts 

  • Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes 

  • Intercultural awareness and experience 

  • Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary 

  • Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
