IoT Automotive Agile Coach


Your role in a nutshell: As a Change Management Specialist you will be responsible for the support of the Vodafone Automotive organization on its transformation journey towards agile ways of working through managing change, continuous process improvement and tracking business performance results. This role interfaces with key stakeholders in all teams and areas within Vodafone Automotive to deliver an exemplary process improvement and change experience in an agile way.

Process Improvement

•    Identify areas of change through LEAN/SixSigma methodologies and needs communicated by the business, perform process mapping
•    Gather and lead virtual cross-functional teams through process improvement projects from project initiation to process implementation
•    Lead process improvement projects in an agile manner aligned to the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework, act as Agile Coach / Architect / Program Consultant if required
•    Manage Continuous Process Improvement reviews

Change Management

•    Support the organisation on its transformation journey to become an agile organisation
•    Identify the change approach, plan the change (including communication plan, stakeholder map) and you will be also responsible for the implementation, the control and the evaluation of the change
•    Support cultural change across the organisation through knowledge and best practice sharing


Performance Measurement

•    Ensure documentation of processes as well as associated roles and responsibilities
    Ensure processes have adequate key performance indicators to measure performance

What you will bring to the team:

•    5+ years’ experience and successful track record of Programme/Project/Change Managing large, complex inter-company improvement and change initiatives 
•    Experience of delivering large change programmes and services across multiple organisational units and geographies ideally in the Automotive/Insurance/Telematics industry 
•    Solid background in Scaled Agile Framework organisational transformations driving process and organisational changes
•    Experience in continuous process improvement, LEAN/SixSigma methodologies are an advantage
•    Leadership / people management / training and coaching experience is a plus
•    High fluency in English (spoken and written), Italian is a major advantage
•    Analytical approach to continuous process improvement
    Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, from operational to C-level
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups up to executive level
•    Strong presentation and influencing skills
