Title: Release Train Engineer
Location: Newbury

Role purpose:

Perform the role of Release Train Engineer for one or more of the strategic Agile Release Trains.
Facilitate the ART ceremonies and events, guiding the teams and suppliers delivering the value. 
Support the implementation of new and better ways of working – delivering value in building innovative and exciting new products and services using Agile frameworks and methods.


The role:
• Manage and optimise the flow of value through one or more Strategic  Agile Release Trains (ARTs) using the appropriate tools and methods
• Management of Demand and capacity resulting in an 80% delivery capability within the ART
• Ensure Agile Release Train alignment with overall strategy and Global Technology strategic roadmaps
• Establish, prepare and facilitate the key ceremonies for the global teams
• Drive improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops, provide pro-active Agile coaching and leadership for all roles within the train


Apply if you have: 
• SPC certification
• A qualification within Agile from a recognised Agile body (, Scrum Alliance, SAFe etc)
• Experience of delivering complex projects and / or programmes
• Proven experience of organising and facilitating large events with 150+ attendees
