Description

The person will be responsible for Integration, Transition/Transformation and Operations of new Security Services. Ensuring successful transition of new servers to _VOIS Security Services by following transition methodology. Keeping a track of all onboarding activity and demands and maintaining a consolidated tracker. He/she would also be responsible to coach and guiding the Operational teams to perform the Operational activities as per the designed process. Handling customer escalation and responsible for delivery of security infrastructure roles and responsibilities, KPI and SLA. Contributes in successive planning and operation management. Lead Process Streamlining and Service Improvement Plans within the security operation. Providing project support for all Services.

Job Responsibility

  • 8+ years relevant experience in Security services
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Demand & Delivery management
  • Driving Internal and external governance calls with team and customer, independently
  • Should have experience with the Budget, Cost Allocation and Savings
  • Transition & Transformation know-how
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of MS Projects, RPM & Scorecard tool is a definite Plus
  • Process driven and good in Time Management
