The Cyber Security Manager delivers cyber security activities, aligning global cyber security risk reduction with local market business and technology priorities and in line with the global cyber security strategy to be implemented in the local market/s. The Cyber Security Manager focusses upon the supervision of a team of Cyber Security professionals who carry out activities which protect Vodafone from security threats and reduce risk across Vodafone�s technology infrastructure and implement security controls across Vodafone with a single design. Typically reports to the Senior Cyber Security Manager. #_VOIS

Job Responsibility

• Minimum of 9 years IT experience & 5 years’ experience with CyberArk tools 
•Must have hands-on experience with CPM policy creation and maintenance, administration and providing recommendations of future configurations
• Exposure knowledge of CyberArk integration with Monitoring tools, SIEM technologies (i.e.: Splunk, HP ArcSight)
• The person will be responsible for Onboarding of Privilege account into CyberArk Platform
• Responsible for Complex Changes and handling demand related to CyberArk
• Support and manage major incident and responsible to restore the service and work on RCA

• Integrating various platforms with Cyber-Ark, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices
• Responsible for setting up new policy configuration based on business requirement
• Good knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, AD and Windows platform to CyberArk Platform Management 
• Responsible for testing and implementation new security patches related to CyberArk Vault
• Ensure and responsible for planning and major upgrade of CyberArk Vault and its components
• Previous experience in Engineering team as SME and driving platform roadmap is highly desirable
• Desirable to have good knowledge in administration and end to end platform lifecycle management of CyberArk
• Operating knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Certification a plus)
• Skilled in the areas of problem understanding 
• Validation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Overlook Complex Change Assessment and Implementation
• Team, vendor & stakeholder management
• Strong communication and collaborative skills - Interface with other Global Technology Security teams, as well as, other Technology departments and business stakeholders 
• Assists in the design, implementation and operation of Vodafone security architecture and/or subsequent security protection schemes
• Identifies and analyzes operational risks, collects security expectations and finds an optimal solution
• Designs solutions in alignment with security architecture standards. Liaises with vendors concerning the potential solutions 
• Contributes to the implementation of new and modified security systems in conjunction with security requirements
• Prepares and ensures quality documentation in accordance with Vodafone & industry standards

ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities Requirements

Previous work experience:
•    5+ years of experience in Cyber-Ark privileged Identity Management (PIM) tool
•    Good knowledge of Windows scripting e.g. PowerShell and Cyber-Ark PACLI 
•    Good knowledge Experience using LDAP, Active Directory services
•    Knowledge of integrating tools such as HP, SIEM for alert management

Project Management     
•    Understand project approach to technical deployments
•    The ability to prioritize project and BAU tasks according to need/criticality
•    To meet project tasks deadlines in accordance with overall project schedule

•    Customer service orientation.
•    Able to work effectively under pressure;
•    Good grasp of network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools

•    Good communication skills
•    Good Presentation skills
