The HR Services Team Leader has supervisory responsibility for a team performing remote (e-mail, telephone etc.) support services offering advice and consultancy support on the interpretation of standardised HR processes and plans to employees and managers, spanning basic pay queries, benefits and other HR transactions. Performs tasks using HR systems and following processes to provide HR support to Vodafone employees. Typically reports to the HR Services Manager.

Job Responsibility

* Supervisory responsibility over the quality for certain end-to-end HR processes performed for self and others;

* Supervises others, monitors their quality and quantity of work against established policies and processes;

* Understands the importance of providing accurate and timely administration services and reports to support the overall HR agenda;

* Good understanding of procedures and concepts through acquired experience, to deliver assigned HR administration processes;

* Communicates and exchanges logical information in a concise and clear way, provides advice and transactional service personally and via telephone or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes;

* Provides consistent advice to resolve queries accurately and timely, adheres to defined administration processes and ensures HR databases are updated correctly to make sure HR reports are accurate;

* Provides training for HR Services teams.
