Support Skills:

Project Management Skills, Incident Management Experience, Service Management, ITIL Framework knowledge is desirable.  Good exposure to Excel, PPT Expert, SharePoint. Fair understanding of the IT Tools and technologies, Good analytical skills.


Managerial Skills:

Stakeholder management, Managing Projects, Team Management, Negotiation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Good Forecasting Skills, Training and Coaching Skills, Estimation Techniques


Job Responsibility

* Drives and maintains the delivery of large scale transformation programmes, across the end-to end technology lifecycle;

* Understands procedures and concepts to effectively supervise the team and ensure the execution and delivery of large scale transformation programmes, across the end-to end technology lifecycle across the market aligned to the wider Vodafone strategy;

* Provides operational support with supervisory responsibility for a team that delivers activities, in line with the technology strategy and defined agenda;

* Facilitates and coordinates tasks for reaching most effective outcomes in alignment with strategic and defined agenda;

* Maintains strong relations and works closely with senior stakeholders and external vendors;

* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
