The Marketing Content/Design Specialist has good knowledge which they use to deliver activities in Marketing Design or content management, relating to any of the following areas: copywriting, content production and editing, creating user interfaces and user journeys, videos, animated graphics, texts, and sound for online domains and the other digital platforms, (e.g. V apps). They understand the business objectives and end user requirements related to a specific product or proposition and help to translate these requirements into high-quality user interfaces and/or user experiences and/or content management on relevant platform/s. The Marketing Content / Design Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures gained through extensive practical experience and works with the colleagues to map out paths/journeys to understand the needs and behaviours of the users, applying design thinking to solutions, creating wire frames, editing and managing content and enabling an optimised customer experience. Typically reports to the Marketing Content/Design Manager.

Job Responsibility

* Demonstrates a good understanding of Marketing Content/Design standards, policies and guidelines through extensive experience and applies user centred and data driven design methodologies to inform the end-to-end design;

* Supports team to deliver activities related to a wide range of user research across all phases of the design lifecycle and delivers an end-to-end design innovation, creating design concepts and specifications for future products, services or channels;

* Maintains relations with internal stakeholders (local markets, Product and Propositions, Technology, Brand and Marketing teams) to bring structure, clarity and customer focus to the design delivery for a channel or product;

* Documents user experience requirements;

* Uses communication skills to support the delivery of high quality activities (e.g. design layouts, concepts, graphic elements - prototypes, presentations and style-guides, copy/content production/editing;

* Effectively interacts with colleagues to create online/digital customer journeys aimed at reaching specific business outcomes to understand �happy� and �sad� journey paths / user-flows;

* Copywrites process in writing and editing copy that best serves customers, and creates and maintains guidelines to support this;

* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
