Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
Essential:
•    Proven record of accomplishment in design and development of Amdocs CRM product. Exposure to ASCF, AIF and WSF.
•    Sound overall knowledge of CRM integration, data design methodologies, coding standards, version control, continuous deployment methodologies and industry best practices
•    Integration of Amdocs CRM with OMS, Billing, digital application and other external systems.
•    Strong communication, engagement, influencing and decision-making skills – able to deliver in a matrix environment and balance conflicting interests
•    Ability to translate Business Requirements into IT Designs with maximum re-use of previous solutions

Desired: 
•    Business acumen with solid E2E understanding of Enterprise processes. 
•    Has proficient experience in IT strategy definition and applications solution 
•    Extended knowledge of the most relevant SW components and vendors in Amdocs CRM.
•    Is a recognised expert in Technical and Design of Amdocs CRM.
•    Experience of CRM GUI and integration design and developments. #_VOIS
