Description

Looking for professional with 5 plus years of experience 

Ensure availability of the applications through proactive / reactive activities for the portfolio.

Timely resolution of tickets / incidents, no gaps in performing daily activities related to monitoring

Work on service-requests tickets from the user departments

Interfaces with various vendors for issues / fixes.

Teamwork in an international team

To come up with ideas to enhance the system #_vois

Job Responsibility

 

Role purpose:

  • Application operation of  One Sales Foundation for VF Germany
  • Solve incident & problem tickets and work orders from the 1st level and other departments
  • Addressing, coordinating and tracking the removal of the causes of faults
  • Support migration of new & changed software, elaborate and perform production checks
  • Managing performance, stability and reliability of the systems
  • Publish daily / weekly / monthly status reports to users & IT stake holders.
  • Support for scheduled activities (release support and changes for production).
  • Resolution of tickets and service request from TTWOS.
  • Participate in discussion with development team for new issues in production.
  • Vendor management and coordination for issues / fixes (HP, Amdocs etc).
  • Operational projects consultation and support for new projects.
