Job Responsibility

Role Purpose: 
The person will be responsible for the maintenance, management and integration of Employee and Information security
services deployed on DLP (Data Loss Prevention) Tool using Symantec or Microsoft Defender (DLP) including all 
3 channels of Email, Endpoint and Cloud configuration for Data Loss Prevention. The individual will also be 
responsible for administration and configuration of DLP Standard Policy, enforcing the Data loss prevention 
techniques, Information Security policies and complying with requirements of security audits and compliance. 
Identify problems, fine tuning policy, URLs exception also analyze security risks and develop response and 
resolution to improve overall security posture for Email and Endpoint and Cloud channel.

•Minimum of 4+ years’ experience with Symantec DLP and Microsoft DLP (Microsoft Defender) tool equivalent
with other similar data leakage tool etc.)
•Must have hands on experience for anti-phishing product evaluations, building and implementing it, 
operationalise and integrating with existing systems for effective and efficient use and providing technical
support and People Management experience.
•Must have hands-on experience with rule creation and maintenance, antispam and anti-phishing 
administration, report analysis and providing recommendations of future configurations and rules
•Exposure/ knowledge of Data Loss Prevention integration with SIEM technologies (i.e.: Splunk, HP ArcSight,
•Expert knowledge of Heuristic method, embedded URL inspections, spamming endpoints, TCP\IP layer 2-7 and 
general networking structures
•Previous experience as a Network Administrator \ Network Engineer a plus.
