The Data Engineer is a software engineer specialised in data solutions, including technologies to use and scalability of different solutions. Typically reports to the Chapter Lead. #_VOIS

Job Responsibility

Job Description

  • Minimum 4-6 ars of experience required in tools like SAS DI (intermediate level), SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS management console and Unix Shell scripting
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Able to program in base and Advanced SAS (Macros)
  • Candidates who have experience in SAS+SQL and knowledge on scheduling tools like LSF
  • Strong SAS analytical skills
  • The programming, testing and documentation of programs for the use of creating SAS datasets and tables
  • Detect errors, correct them, review tables to ensure quality of deliverables
  • Track changes on Kanban board using Agile methodology
  • Knowledge on data warehousing concepts and experience in design, development and implementation of solutions
  • PL/SQL Expertise
