Public Cloud PMO Specialist

Role purpose: 
- The role of Business Analyst is to support the Team including: tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones using Agile Methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban etc) ; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of programme Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Programme level workshops.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- The support function will ensure definition of common frameworks in order to streamline day-to-day business and reduce complexity for following competence areas:

1. Governance 
- Process management
- Tool management (E.g. Jira/PPM) 
- Execution support
- Knowledge management - Repository and common tool maintenance
2. Demand & Resource Management 
- Demand Consultation 
- Demand Allocation & Tracking– Service Catalogue and  PPM assignments of Squad Leads and track demands in PPM.
- RAID management – Bring key demands during PCS weekly Demand Review Board ( DRB) call to meet SLAs by addressing key issues/risks/dependencies. 
- Work Load Assessment
3.Reporting & KPIs
- Reporting
- KPI review & monitoring 
- Executive & operational reporting 
4. Planning & control
- Master Planning: Collection and consolidation of information concerning ongoing initiatives in terms of timelines and allocated resources.
- Business Case Preps
- Financial Management: Support budget and spending management ( Forecast vs Actual). Customer WO Preps for PCS delivery Charges. 
5. Communication 
- PCS Comms and Markets Engagement Plan: Definition of action plan to communicate with the local market/Group. Material consolidation and preparation for workshops, all-hands, webinars. 
- PCS Workplace Comms: Keep TDO/GDC management and stakeholders informed with key Product release and success stories. 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

- Agile software development environment and methods, e.g. Scrum, TDD, BDD, Kanban
- Strong experience in Process coordination with strong service delivery 
- Experience of working in large multi-national, matrix based organisations
- Well-developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics , Public cloud in particular. 
- Business and systems analysis in a large digital environment
- Market research, design thinking, and lean start-up methods (MVPs)
- Customer experience design of digital products and services
- Expertise in supporting team facilitation and management tools, e.g. JIRA/Confluence, Service-Now,  MS Project
- Strong time-management skills
- A strong customer-centric focus
- Flexible with planning, controlling the activities of the team and work estimation
- Strong understanding of both the current Telecommunications and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field 
- 1+ years of experience in supporting successful delivery in Business Analysis (or equivalent role) across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products in iterations, including support transition
- Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, BDD and ATDD
- Experience managing senior stakeholders
- JIRA/Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
