The Unified Comms and Connectivity Line of Business Enterprise Propositions team are responsible for driving consideration, favourability and demand for Vodafone’s Unified Comms and Connectivity portfolio, and cross portfolio propositions across Vodafone. 


The UC&C line of business are a small but perfectly formed team who enjoy working in a faced paced environment. You will join a team of other highly skilled propositions, commercial and Go-To-Market professionals each focusing on different areas of the business but be part of the overall group working to provide marketing leading solutions for our Business customers across the Globe.  Pride in our work, putting the customer at the heart of what we do and working as one team are central to our team’s values.
As Propositions and Go to Market Specialist for the Unified Comms and Connectivity portfolio, you will fully own elements of the propositions and be responsible for setting the direction, and working across the team to ensure go-to-market execution. You will be expected to lead the execution of key activities and utilise your experience to create best in class propositions, collateral and enablement materials.  

You will

•    Create / support Go-To-Market plans to ensure success of a product launch using best practice and by influencing a cross-functional team of experts 
•    Manage Go-To-Market plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery 
•    Work with the Product and Marketing teams to define the customer product proposition, and Vodafone differentiation. 
•    Work with Marketing teams to ensure exciting and completing messaging, assets and communications
•    Working with Sales Enablement teams; ensure that the sales channel is enabled through appropriate training and assets
•    Ensure all content and collateral across the portfolio is accurate, up-to-date and strongly represents the capability and enables sales and support teams to effectively inform and advise customers


It would be nice if you have…
•    Experience in creating and launching propositions – ideally in a telco business to business environment
•    Strong awareness of Vodafone Way of Marketing behaviours and methodologies 


You must have…

•    Experience in Unified Comms and Connectivity propositions – UC, collaboration, Video, SIP. Contact centre, fixed voice, fixed access (BB, IPVPN, DIA) and next generation voice and access technologies such as SD-WAN
•    Experience of working cross-functionally
•    Commercial understanding with ability to deduce KPI’s
•    Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships (up to C-level)
