What will you be doing? 


The Vodafone V-hub supports small businesses by providing them with free insight and guidance to help them fulfil their maximum potential. It provides a source of information and guidance on key business challenges such as getting online, remote working and digital security.

As Product Owner of V-hub you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging V hub content experience for our customers, as well as driving the strategic direction and evolution of V-hub as a platform. You will be accountable for optimising the experience, building customer engagement through content, driving conversion to chat/call and creating long-term optimisation proposals and delivering them through to execution.

Working collaboratively with teams and individuals across Vodafone UK and Group, you will set and execute the content strategy as well as deliver proposition and experience developments within the V hub. This will include: building V hub out to form a core part of our Small Business Community strategy, shaping our monetisation approach and how we integrate effectively with marketplace. You will co-ordinate delivery across teams e.g. content and design, Brand, Group and partners as required.

 

Day to day activities will include;
Define and deliver the digital content proposition and experience for V hub
Use analytics and insight to identify opportunities to maximise engagement and commercial benefit (e.g. clicks, dwell time, customer journey flows)
Manage content delivery across teams including Brand, Copywriting, Design, Content editing, Legal Etc.
Identify and prioritise experience development changes ensuring they are on the delivery backlog.
 
Who are we looking for?  


This role is best suited to someone with demonstrable experience delivering engaging content led digital experiences. They will be comfortable delivering a regular cadence of content updates as well as developing the customer journey and proposition. They will be analytical and data driven with a customer first mindset and will have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
