Reporting to the Agency Lead, the Producer is responsible for co-ordinating creative and marketing automation resource within Vodafone’s BTL agency The Forge.
 

What Will I Be Doing?
 

In this Auckland-based role, you'll focus on supporting the delivery of direct marketing initiatives to achieve commercial and customer experience results in allocated portfolio(s). You will also: 

 

  • Execute delivery of targeted direct marketing campaigns to drive against key cross-sell, upsell, retention, and engagement initiatives
  • Allocate creative and marketing automation resource
  • Plan out resource allocation using marketing and workflow calendars
  • Follow and define processes to assist in smooth running of campaigns
  • Supply results to Bare Marketing team with insights and guidance called out
  • Ensure resources stay on task and have regularly check-ins to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
  • Assist in testing of campaigns
  • Undertake project management of ad hoc non-Base Growth customer communication campaigns

  • Experience in similar roles in large-size organisations
  • Project management and organisation skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing techniques
  • Capability working in an omni-channel environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships across business and with external consultants / solutions providers
