We are looking for a Process Management Senior Associate Manager

The goal is to establish end to end credit processes of our company that will operate in the field of consumer finance and to manage the processes completely.

Your place in the team

•    Establish systems, procedures, methods and standards related to the Credit Process to be used for business areas (Corporate / Specialized) in order to ensure the correct, timely and uniform application of credit policies, processes and culture throughout the Company,
•    To follow the up-to-dateness of the systems related to the credit process, to develop them in coordination with the business areas and with the help of the feedback received; Ensuring the exact application and control of the systems,
•    Performing the test processes of the main banking system
•    Ensuring that the main banking system is updated according to the designed and updated processes
•    Establishing, updating and following up all policies and procedures throughout the company
•    Continuous and regular monitoring and development of processes
•    Ensuring that projects and processes comply with company policies and legislation
•    Design, evaluation, analysis, development and user / product acceptance tests of projects to better meet the needs of customers and business units
•    Tracking the results of new applications in the production environment,
•    Coordination of technical developments required by business units with relevant IT units
•    Detection of problems caused by user errors or systemic errors, and developing solutions

We are looking for you if you have

•    University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering and any other relevant field,
•    Minimum 8 year experience in credit process management
•    Bank or non-bank financial institution experience is a must,
•    Excellent knowledge on process desing
•    Ability to meet tight deadlines,
•    Proficiency with MS Office applicatios,
•    Proactive, visionary, team player, and strong analytical skills
