You as part of Big Data team

You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning and data processing pipelines. Our team consists mainly of Data Scientists focused on model development. Your role will be to strenghten ML Ops best practices in the team: The models you and the team develop fit the ML pipelines and are easy to maintain. Tools like GIT, JIRA, Confluence are used properly, etc.

Apply if you want to

  • Develop and operate end-to-end ML pipelines.
  • Add new data sources to the Data Lake.
  • Support Junior Data Scientists in using GIT, JIRA and Confluence in a proper way.
  • Improve team’s coding skills through code reviews.
  • Work closely with other Data Scientists and Data Architect on conceptual improvements, introduction of new tools and deprecation of old ones.

We need you to have

  • Ability to formulate a real-world problem as a ML model.
  • Knowledge of at least basic modelling methods (linear/logistic regression, trees…).
  • Overview of Python ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow…).
  • Knowledge of Big Data tools and databases – Hadoop, Spark, SQL is a must.
  • Experience with process automation – we use Airflow and are considering MLFlow.
  • Willingness to keep learning new technologies.
  • We are happy if you have - Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in computer science.
