Corporate Sales Manager - Vodafone Business Unit

We are on an exciting journey where we brought together two great organizations with an ambition to unlock the potential of businesses through our innovative leading edge technologies, platforms and innovations. We feel that Czech business ecosystems needs plenty of technology support and digitalization to operate as efficient as possible and thus, this position will have many interesting challenges ahead to accomplish this ambition and to deliver growth of Vodafone Business in Corporate segment.

Role summary
Sell services and deliver interesting projects directly to corporate customers. Focus on new business and developing existing customer accounts, apply proper solution selling and customer relationship management to fulfill our ambition and growth of Vodafone Business in Corporate segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create sales strategy, plan, and roadmap for given Corporate sales team.
  • Accountability to deliver sales targets connected to entire corporate P&L
  • Develop the customer experience for corporate clients
  • Inspire sales teams and transform our sales engagement to needs-based solution sales
  • Lead key customer engagement and the exec sponsorship program
  • Address new opportunities/markets/niches through business development activities in connection with the entire Vodafone strategy
  • Support knowledge development of entire sales by best-practice sharing, trainings, and support with business development (expert sales) team
