PMO Support Specialist

PMO Support Specialist 


The PMO Support will deliver all Project Office activities and support required by the projects in the Wholesale Portfolio, though it is anticipated that the initial 12-15 months of the role will focus on the successful project delivery of the Virgin Media MVNO.
The PMO Support will assist Programme and Project Managers to deliver to time, cost and quality targets through the adherence to the VPDL (Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle).  
The PMO Support will provide tools and process support for Programme and Project Managers, ensure adherence to reporting and financial calendars, maintain the validity of information, and track the status of Projects and Programmes to meet deadlines and quality assurance/service metrics.


  • Provide guidance on VPDL processes, tools, document templates and controls to ensure a consistent Programme and Project delivery. 
  • Support Project/ Programme meetings where required – capturing meeting minutes and maintaining action list
  • Creation of project reports and dashboard’s where required
  • Assist with issuing  Project/Programme communications 
  • Monitor project and/or programme and/or portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and responses to them, and monitor other issues that might affect the project and/or programme and/or portfolio
  • Identify and drive forward opportunity for PMO process improvements
  • Manage SharePoint - set-up and access
  • Ensure adherence to the change control process, communicate process and policy changes where necessary 
  • Provide guidance on managing the change control process.
  • Provide support to the on-boarding of Project resources 
  • Assist with creating and monitoring of Project/Programme plans & roadmaps
