What will you be doing?  
As a User Researcher in Business-to-Business, you will work across a variety of platforms and products, testing and gaining insights that reveal the motivations and behaviours of users when they interact with us using the latest technologies. 

 

You will collaborate in developing and executing user research studies with a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including user testing, contextual enquiry, ethnographic studies and surveys. 

 

You will manage and help build a common insight database, combining different data sources and inputs into a unique hub serving the entire business. You will develop and support research studies throughout the product life-cycle, from generative and ideation research and segmentation/persona work to post-launch analysis.

 

You will identify the best techniques to provide actionable cross-function insight for development and UX design teams and effectively collaborate with the Analytics and Customer Insight teams to identify opportunities and build a solid understanding of our customer base.
 

Who are we looking for?   

  • You’ll have proven experience in gathering and delivering actionable insights from user research (ideally B2B).
  • You’ll have a creative and open-minded approach to research methodologies.
  • You’ll be able to provide evidence of how you’ve impacted your teams through research.
  • You’ll have experience with modelling and synthesising research insights into different deliverables and visualisations such as personas and user journey maps.
  • You’ll have strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
