Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Newbury or London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) 
Hours: 37.5 Monday-Friday

What will you be doing?  


As a Recruitment Resourer you will work closely with our Resourcing Partners, hiring managers and employer brand teams predominately in the Technology and Digital space. 


You will be responsible for finding the best talent for Vodafone within the areas you support using a variety of tools and innovative techniques.


Explore new ways to help us identify and attract top talent to Vodafone. Responsible for networking, marketing mapping and building diverse talent pipelines.


Become an expert in the areas you support and support on any key diversity agendas.



Who are we looking for?   

  • An individual with previous experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter (either Agency or In-house), with a focus on high-quality candidate delivery
  • Previous experience of sourcing/recruiting for technical/digital vacancies is preferred
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment platforms to source candidates
  • Experience using an ATS system would be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels of business
  • Data-driven and understand how to best use and present data to influence decisions and provide updates on your candidate market
  • Driven to go above and beyond to deliver a good experience for our candidates, hiring-managers and Resourcing Partners
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple requirements.
