Senior Sales Engineering Manager

Location: Newbury  (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) 
Salary:   Excellent Salary & Benefits

What will you be doing?  

To lead the Sales Engineering function with responsibility for defining and delivering the systems, processes and tools to optimise sales efficiency, seller productivity, user experience and resulting customer experience across the UK B2B organisation. With a team of analysts, sales process experts, UX designers and the support of a community of subject matter experts, this role will own the analysis, business cases, recommendations and prioritisation of innovation programmes to deliver a world class sales and marketing platform for UK Business
Who are we looking for?   

  • Extensive Experience in Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations.
  • Experience with best in class sales, CRM and CPQ tools, i.e. Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, etc. 
  • Credible thought leader with deep influential, transformational and change management ability in a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information in a simple way. 
  • Strong influencing skills – able to identify key issues and balance conflicting interests.
  • Experienced in presenting and influencing decisions to GMT and Group SLT level.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and numerical acumen, quick thinking with the ability to interpret complex data to drive decisions.
