Location:   Newbury   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

We are seeking a Scrum Master who will manage Agile activity for the Victoria Mobile Migrations and Business Change workstreams on a day-to-day basis, helping to ensure that scope and timelines are adhered to.

What will you be doing?


  • Challenging and improving the operation of the team as an Agile workstream, driving their performance and capability to succeed
  • Ensure the path is clear for the team, helping to remove blockers, facilitating discussions, enabling seamless communications and working with the team to clarify the product backlog ahead
  • Using the agile framework to manage risks, issues & defects and enabling the team to drive solutions forward, escalating these to portfolio level if required
  • Enable business area alignment with the Migrations and Business Change workstreams via engagement and comms to stakeholders
  • Maintain a focus on delivering results and adherence to the migration and business change plans
  • Drive the team to deliver the best possible customer experience throughout both the core functionality build and the migrations process
  • Oversee activity of CX post-migration analysis e.g. call listening and co-ordinating this for senior stakeholders as needed

Who are we looking for?


  • SaFE agile certification (preferred)
  • An understanding of either legacy or CCS CRM and billing platforms (preferred)
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to translate complex migrations/technical issues into language understandable by the business
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong focus on customer experience
