Location: Newbury (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) 

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?  
As a Product Owner in Digital Care, your role's primary purpose is to define and lead strategic focussed enhancements and the creation of new functionality for one of Vodafone’s digital self-service experiences within the UK Business segment. The role will be accountable for managing a single backlog in order to drive sales growth, reduce cost to serve and drive adoption of the experience alongside improving overall tNPS.


Who are we looking for?   

  • Experience of working as a Digital Product Owner
  • Experience of defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, running A/B tests and making data oriented decisions  
  • Expert understanding of self-service front ends and the interfaces with backend information systems
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation and managing resources across an organisation 
  • Analytical skills to measure impact, identify trends and create strong hypothesis to test with a customer focus
