What will you be doing? 

We want to make buying and using our business products simple and easy for customers. To make this happen, our products need to address Our Customer changing business and technology needs. In the wide area networking domain this includes significant change in migrating to software defined networking and adoption of associated cloud and security solutions.

The IP-VPN and SD-WAN In life Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing against the strategy, roadmap and goals for Vodafone in the WAN solutions domain. You will actively look at customer and market trends, as well as portfolio metrics to optimise performance including market share and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. Your strong cross-functional, enterprise, mid-market and channel experience means you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role, which you can use to constructively challenge the status quo.

You are results driven and will pull together and lead cross-functional groups including Product Development, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Sales and back-office teams to deliver successfully together. You are entrepreneurial and adaptable but can also deal with process and controls to ensure your broad set of goals are achieved on time and to budget. Understanding Customer needs and support Sales teams is a key aspect if the role and you will be used to interacting and consulting with Customers across UK businesses.


Who are we looking for?  

  • Understand and can articulate business value and how your vision, roadmap and deliveries will achieve this
  • You have experience delivering results in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Quick to acquire product/technical expertise in order to understand current and desired product experience as well as underlying technology and dependencies
  • Can analyse and interpret data to provide insight-driven direction and to understand and address root cause issues
  • Experience in Product Management within WAN, LAN, Cloud, Security and or LAN domains
