Partnerships and Affiliates Lead

Location:   Newbury   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

This role sits in the Vodafone EBU Enterprise Business Unit’s Demand Centre, reporting to the Enterprise Lead Gen Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies that increase demand to the Vodafone sales channels (website and assisted) through partners and affiliates. Your focus will be on growing and managing our partnerships and traditional bottom-of-funnel affiliate base – particularly, identifying and onboarding partners that drive inbound B2B demand. 

What will you be doing?


  • Ensure the channel is managed against an agreed budget and maximum ROI is achieved
  • Acquire new partners and affiliates to ensure demand is growing
  • Regularly analyse campaign activity to ensure partners and affiliates deliver the best results across set KPI's
  • Conduct strategic planning of monthly activity, working closely with the Sales to ensure activity is aligned
  • Own the relationships with partner and affiliate network
  • Initiate new campaign ideas and incentives, as well as ensure correct tracking for all campaigns


Who are we looking for? 


  • Experience preferably in demand gen/growth functions and managing partners and affiliates
  • Comfortable building partnership and affiliate strategies, particularly commercial aspects of relationships
  • Customer-centric mindset and desire to drive excellence across prospect journey - facilitate authentic conversations and timely interactions that move prospects through funnel
  • Data-driven and result-oriented hands-on approach to demand gen, and is keen to experiment
  • Collaborator with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
