Cyber Security

Within Cyber Prevent, the Agile PMO Data Analyst will be responsible for defining and maintaining the PMO data strategy, architecture and tooling to support management visibility and decision making across the department. The role supports the delivery facing PMO team members and their customers as well as the Agile PMO Manager, so a collaborative style of working is essential. A critical success factor of the role is ensuring business decisions are taken using the correct data and of appropriate quality.There will be opportunities to learn and deliver across all the services provided by PMO, including more general business management activities.

• Support PMO service delivery with timely, accurate and valuable insight
• Pivot reporting focus to leading indicators from lagging indicators
• Pivot project and programme reporting
• Drive PMO Calendar
• Drive quality in reporting
• Drive development of the Reporting Service

Apply if you have:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, and MS SharePoint
• Expertise in data modelling, storage, extraction and manipulation using standard tools such as SharePoint, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
• Expertise in data automation and visualisation, approaches and methods
• An appreciation of business analysis approaches
• An ability to be able to establish rapport and communicate effectively to a wide range of people at varying levels, including senior
• Document and maintain data architecture, design, tooling landscape,  and related PMO services and processes
• Experience working within an Agile environment is desired and not essential
