Our Team:

Part of the VBPS Lean Portfolio Management Centre of Excellence. In the role, the Lean Portfolio Analyst (LPA) will engage with multiple teams across the business to ensure that activities are appropriately planned, funded and delivered via the agile delivery process. The LPA will also support the development and implementation of new operating procedures.

With us you will:

•    Work alongside the Lean Portfolio Manager providing support and data to the following areas:

-    Strategy & Investment Funding: Enable the management of portfolio funding plan and assure alignment with strategy, priority, and business case and investment plan. Establish and maintain portfolio flow for epics, capabilities and features. Interlock with Architecture and Product strategy
-    Agile Portfolio Operations: maximise the flow of value through value stream co-ordination and portfolio planning
-    Lean Governance: measure lean portfolio function, forecast & budget dynamically, coordinate governance at value stream/epic levels
-    Reporting/Metrics: track, report and provide insight on portfolio performance (inc delivery and financial)
-    Artefacts: maintain the integrity of roadmaps, delivery plans, epic lean business cases, and data quality

Apply if you have: 

•    Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
•    Knowledge of lean and agile principles with some experience.
•    Ability to analyse and develop insight on complex processes, data-sets and governance
•    Ability to present clear concise messages based on insight developed in the role through analysis of available data sets
