Location:   Newbury   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies that increase traffic and conversion to the Vodafone sales channels (website and assisted) through B2B lead generation activities driven internally as well as through agency partners. You will develop a close relationship with Sales teams to grow their pipelines and deliver acquisition targets. You will support the Enterprise Lead Gen Manager in building/optimising effective, highly-converting lead nurturing campaigns and planning media campaigns working with the paid media specialist in the team. Furthermore, you will identify new and manage existing lead gen partners in the market to launch campaigns with, report on campaign KPIs to assess success, iterate and create experiments, and help stakeholders in the company gain insight into lead generation performance. 
  

What will you be doing?

 

  • Ownership of operational plan to build, execute, measure, and optimise lead gen activities that deliver qualified leads to our sales teams and drive revenue
  • Design nurture and retention programs that optimise conversion rates, maximise ROI and drive a high number of MQLs to Sales
  • Work directly with Sales teams on coordinated marketing and sales activities to ensure teams work together to target best-fit accounts and turn them into customers
  • Develop deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles across segments, and how our products and services serve these profiles
  • Own deliverables across the entire lead funnel (from pre-awareness to MQL), track and optimise performance at each stage of the funnel, and create a predictable and healthy demand engine
  • Identify where and when pipeline opportunities are stalling and address them

  
Who are we looking for? 

 

  • Hands-on experience in managing an automated lead generation process using Salesforce, and excellent knowledge of all aspects of funnel management (including management of lead gen agency partners)
  • Proficiency with lead scoring and B2B buyer journeys including MQL-SQL handoffs
  • Customer-centric mindset and desire to drive excellence across prospect journey - facilitate authentic conversations and timely interactions that move prospects through funnel
  • Data-driven and result-oriented hands-on approach to demand gen, and is keen to experiment
  • Collaborator with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
