Role Profile: 

 

Vodafone is putting innovation and quality at heart and boost creativity. This is the perfect opportunity for you to manage the start of a new era – the NOVA ecosystem. We are seeking a proactive and passionate Innovation Manager to join the team in our Newbury office. You will have experience working across all aspects of project management, including business analysis and software application delivery. 

 

This hands-on role requires the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and maintain control over project scope, requirements, timescales and costs. Equally important is the desire to understand software application delivery models and living the agile way – this is innovation.  

 

You will act as a community manager by promoting NOVA across channels and developing the community management strategy. You will also be working closely with the marketing teams in developing and implementing the internal communication strategy. Moreover, you will create high-quality content that engages the community, builds loyalty, spreads entrepreneurial spirit and drives users to engage with the platform on a regular basis. 

 

Job Responsibility

  • Driving Innovation, and ideas through the NOVA innovation programme 

  • Provide the support structure, and coaching required for innovators 

  • Align with senior stakeholders, to inspire innovation towards Vodafone’s strategic goals 

  • Developing, maintaining and delivering the NOVA programme plan 

  • Supporting and Managing the NOVA volunteer team 

  • Growing the NOVA community and promoting the ecosystem to stakeholders 

  • Lead the Expansion of NOVA to Markets, customers, and partners along with the NOVA Product Manager 

  • Identifying resources and assigning individual responsibilities 

  • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects and scope of a project 

  • Lead the NOVA Platform roadmap by gathering Requirements from different markets, customers, and partners. 

  • Lead the Expansion of NOVA to other markets, customers, and partners
