E-commerce Manager

Location:   Newbury   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

As Digital Inflow Manager you will be responsible for driving Small Business digital inflow volume growth and channel share across all categories, currently Mobile, Fixed, SAAS and Add Ons. Working closely with Commercial, Go to Market, Demand Generation and web chat teams you will own the category plan for inflow from budget setting through to delivery.  

You will be accountable for delivering strong commercial performance in each category across both assisted and unassisted digtal channels. You will deliver best in class campaign execution and customer experience ensuring all offers are clearly merchandised across the site to maximise conversion and sales balancing requirements across the commercial trading priorities. You will use trading data, site performance data and customer insight to identify opportunities to maximise conversion throughout the website and digital customer journey. Working closely with the Digital Change Programme Manager you will ensure any customer experience changes required to maximise conversion are captured and prioritised in the digital change backlog.  

This role is best suited to someone with strong commercial experience, ideally from a digital trading background. You will be data driven with strong stakeholder engagement skills and comfortable working in a complex matrix environment.
  

What will you be doing?

  • Own the digital inflow trade plan from budget setting through to delivery
  • Balance trading priorities across categoies (mobile , fixed, SAAS and Add Ons) to maximise inflow commercial performance 
  • Deliver best in class online campaign execution 
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to optimise site experience and maximise on site conversion 

 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Experienced, highly commercial and analytical digital trader
  • Demonstrable experience delivering a best in class digital campaign execution and customer experience
  • Self-starter able to balance multiple priorities
  • Confident in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment
