Commercial Campaign Manager

Location:  Newbury

What will you be doing? 
As a data-savvy Retention CVM Manager, you will lead the effort to proactively retain business customers onto new contracts to drive improvements in business segments KPI’s (revenue, churn). You will deliver this through insight-led approaches to development and delivery of retention campaigns through telesales, digital and other traditional channels. 



Who are we looking for?  

  • Experience in commercial or CVM
  • Experience with Enterprise sales tools, for example, Salesforce
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation and proactively manage stakeholders
  • Marketing campaign management experience with emphasis on commercial outcomes
  • Data literate – ability to understand and interpret different data sources and articulate data and insight requirements
