Commercial Manager

Location: Newbury (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

What will you be doing? 
As a Commercial Manager within our pre-sales and in-life teams, you are responsible for the commercial aspects our business transactions, supporting B2B customers across private and public sector.  You will be leading the commercial strategy and direction for our new business and key renewal activity, driving innovative commercial and contractual solutions that meet our customers challenges and needs whilst mitigating risk and maximising financial returns. 

 

 

Who are we looking for?  

  • A confident communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite executives
  • Significant experience of building business cases, pricing strategies, negotiations plans and close out activities to secure the best outcome
  • Able to understand and articulate how risks translate to into a commercial P&L, terms and conditions or delivery methodology
  • Strong business acumen with the experience of diffusing difficult and tense situations, managing relationships to resolution
