Role Title: Cloud Client Partner

Role purpose: 
 
As a Cloud Account Manager, you will demonstrate commitment to an existing base of accounts, who may have some cloud products and are looking to grow their cloud estate or customers that have substantial growth and scalability potential. To ensure the continuity of our customer’s journey with us, and to be successful, you will: retain and manage revenue; identify revenue opportunities and ultimately support revenue growth. Whilst this role is not fixed on service, nor contract, management, a service mindset is important to fully understand our customer’s pain-points. This will help to identify sales opportunities and drive contract renewal. It is therefore crucial that you truly understand our proposition and offering, so you will be supported by key stakeholders, including the OpCo Account Directors.  

This collaboration is key to provide expertise and guidance to customers as they tread their own digital transformation.
 

With us you will:

  • Retaining and growing business (revenue & margin) from assigned dedicated accounts
  • Identifying and owning major new sales opportunities on the existing product range, driving them to completion 
  • Driving service improvement and customer experience, ensuring that high levels of client face-to-face engagement are established and maintained, and new product and service propositions are represented to the client.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure retention and growth in spend.
  • Providing appropriate management information as required in an accurate and timely manner, solving minor issues to clear blockages and, in turn, identifying sales opportunities 
  • Engage in mature financial discussions with both the customer and Vodafone finance teams. 
  • Transact changes within an existing agreement ensuring they are specified, priced and delivered in a timely fashion.


Apply if you have: 

  • Experience in Cloud sales, with a proven track record in solution selling
  • A sound understanding of consultative selling 
  • Ability to operate under pressure, lead and work with virtual teams, deliver quality to tight deadlines and ultimately to success.
  • Proven ability to understand and develop business needs and translate into clear value propositions.
  • Broad understanding how enterprise customers are using IT/digital technology to enhance their own growth and operations.
  • Proven track record of securing commitment with complex enterprise customers to achieve joint objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building expertise.
