Business Discover Graduate Programme

Start date: September 2022

Duration of Programme: 2 years - rotational placement programme

Salary: We offer a generous starting salary and annual bonus

Location*: The majority of our roles are based in our vibrant Newbury campus, with a few in our London Paddington campus. Flexibility is required between both locations for the duration of the programme.

What you need:
• A 2.2 in any degree, although a related degree in Business Management, International Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing & Sales or modules is a bonus.
• Recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between September 2020 and August 2022.
• You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa. If you are unsure if you have a suitable visa to work in the UK or your current visa has an expiry date please contact us BEFORE you apply to check. 

Application close date: 31st October, however, we may close early if we’ve received some game changing applications – so make sure you apply early!
What you need to submit: You will only need to upload your CV as part of the application. You do not need to upload a cover letter as it will not be reviewed as part of your application.

*Remote working options: Vodafone is transforming – in the way we work & how we work. Our offices are now used as a hub for collaboration, co-creation & even concentration spaces. Across most our roles, we expect our employees to be following a blended approach to working with a 60-40 split, the majority being at home. We encourage our employees to find a way of working that suits them and works best for the team.

What to expect:
On this programme, you’ll see a drive to innovate and provide digital solutions that will enable businesses to push boundaries and succeed. You’ll shape our total communication solutions, connecting these businesses to their people, places and things, making them more flexible, mobile and collaborative to act up and make change. The Business stream will give you the opportunity to learn and work beside our leaders & teams across Product, Marketing, HR, IoT, Carrier Services and Partner Markets to name a few areas.
The programme lasts for 2 years with rotations that vary in length, dependant on the area of the business you’ll be working in. The opportunity to be working in our different functions will give you a rounded view of businesses and serve as a strong foundation to launch your career.
