HR Discover Graduate Programme 

 

 

Start date: September 2021 
Duration of Programme: 2 years - rotational placement programme 
Starting salary: £30,000 
Location: All roles are based within the UK. The majority of rotations will be based in our Newbury campus with others across London but flexibility is required between both for the duration of the programme 
What you need: A 2.2 in any degree, although an HR related degree or modules is a bonus. Recently graduated (bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between September 2019 and August 2021).  You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not offer visa sponsorship.  
Application close date: 28th September, however, we may close earlier if we have enough game changing applications, so apply early. You will need to upload your CV. You do not need to upload a cover letter, it will not be reviewed as part of your application.

Please note that you can only make one application to one of our Discover programmes for 2021. We will only consider your first application.

What to expect: 

 

Projects you could find yourself working on include developing a new Onboarding app in Learning and Development or getting involved with launching an exciting Talent Programme in a Talent Management placement. If Diversity and Inclusion is your passion you might help drive Vodafone to be the best place to work for women or you may be focused on attracting high calibre employees in a Resourcing placement. The graduate programme could give you the opportunity to Business Partner an area of Vodafone or you could develop your consulting skills in an Employee Relations placement. Each placement will be different to give you a wide range of experience and skills across the HR function.
